Today was a home day for the whole family. It was FREEZING! Cameron took the kids out for most of the day, and so I had a blissful day to myself. I actually created a half marathon training plan based on Hal Higdon and the Brit Running training log that Katie at Runs For Cookies is following for her 10K training plan.
I ran 3 miles today. It was so cold, I didn't warm up at all.
I made a Kale and Potato soup for dinner last night, and needed to add some flavor to it, so after my run went to Trader Joe's to pick up some Corn and Chili Salsa (delicious) to throw in there. I could not warm up. A long, hot shower cured my poor raynaud hands.
