After Easter Candy!!
Had a delightful day today.  Easter brunch at my mother in law's club, and then a leisurely home day, including a sneaky 3 mile run to get some of my miles in for the week.  I know I wont be able to do this when the long runs start to add up in distance, but my Saturday, Sunday, Monday's are my best time to run, as the work week is so crazy!

Of course, with 2 weeks off being sick, when I return to my heart rate training, it was like I had tapered.  My first mile I ran under 145 bpm (avg heart rate 135!!) and I ran a 9 minute mile.  I then slowed down each consecutive mile, just for 3 little old miles. 30 minutes was on my schedule today from Portland Fit.  I decided to keep it in zone 2.
