Weight: didn't weight, but lowest weight this week was 135.8!!!

Run today went amazing.  Best run I've had in a very long time.  I was keeping myself in zone 2 HR, so trying to keep my HR below 145, and for the most part I did that.  I totally felt like I could fly today.  It felt amazing!!

Training Effect 
So, I'm now finished with week 1 of my heart rate training plan, and I like it.  I missed one run this week, only getting out the door 3 times, instead of 4, but I'm ok with that.

That's what I did this week.  Tomorrow, I want to get back onto 8 miles, so will try and do that in HR 1 zone, but I'm running with Jill and Anna (maybe) and so always harder to stick to the HR training when with friends.  But priorities!!
